Welcome to the BNH personal page! My name is Harley.
I have a great love for science & technology and have been working in these fields for more than 20 years. I dived into computers & electronics at the age of 14, and have spent most of my professional and personal life improving this passion since then. Learning from talented teachers and my older University student brothers when I was just a high school student, I have gained a lot of knowledge, not only about tech but also about meaningful things in life. Even now, at the age of 40+, I still have a strong passion for Technology. I am working as a senior Embedded developer/designer/inventor, and I am the founder of Hanoi-IOT Creative Lab (HICL) and GSBC Solutions Ltd. In my professional career, I am involved in R&D projects to bring forward emerging new technologies.
Besides lab work, I am a kid lover. I enjoy teaching children new skills and knowledge, especially in technology. I am volunteering as an Education Advisor for STEAM FOR VIETNAM, a non-profit organization founded by Vietnamese tech experts working in big tech companies worldwide. It is a project with the mission of teaching STEAM knowledge & skills to 20 million Vietnamese children in 5 years, with the companionship of the VEX IQ, MIT (Scratch), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and many other organizations. If you are a young one, a parent, a teacher, or anyone interested in STEM education, you are welcome in STEAM FOR VIETNAM.
